We’re sorry to see you go. If you just need a break, deactivation is usually the best option - it hides your presence without wiping your history. If you still want to permanently remove your account, we’ll guide you through that too.
Before You Go

Update your email / phone (If you’re locked out or getting the wrong messages).

If you still want to proceed, you can submit a request below—we’ll confirm it’s really you before anything happens.
Deactivate vs Delete - what happens to your Sphere?
If you Deactivate (Recommended):
You temporarily pause your presence on Sphere of Six.
Your profile becomes hidden and not searchable.
Your sphere connections are paused (you won’t appear as following or being followed).
Your data stays on file so you can reactivate by logging back in.
If you Delete (Permanent):
Your account data is permanently removed.
Your personal data is deleted and cannot be recovered.
This action is final once completed.
What Happens to Your Account
If you Deactivate your Personal Account
If you Deactivate your Personal Account
What happens:
Your personal profile is hidden and not searchable
Your sphere connections are paused (you won’t show as connected to others while inactive)
Your connections and history are saved so you can restore them when you return
You can reactivate instantly by logging back in
Important if you manage a Business Profile: If your personal account is the only owner/admin of a Business Profile, deactivation will disconnect you from the Business Profile, and that Business Profile may become orphaned (no active owner).
If you Delete your Personal Account
Your personal account data is permanently deleted
You will be removed from search and your profile will no longer be accessible
This action is irreversible
Important if you manage a Business Profile: Deleting your personal account will remove you as the owner/admin. Any Business Profile you managed may become orphaned until it’s reclaimed or reviewed by our team.
