Welcome to Sphere of Six. (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

 

These Terms apply to:

  • Consumers (individuals seeking service providers)
  • Service Providers (businesses or professionals offering services)

 

2. What the Platform Is (and Is Not)

 

The Platform facilitates word-of-mouth–based discovery and recommendations between Consumers and Service Providers.

 

The Platform does NOT:

  • Provide or guarantee leads, jobs, bookings, or revenue
  • Act as a marketplace, broker, or agent
  • Process or manage transactions between users
  • Endorse, certify, or guarantee any Service Provider
  • Verify licenses, insurance, or professional credentials

 

Consumers and Service Providers interact at their own discretion and risk.

 

3. Eligibility

 

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use the Platform.

Service Providers represent that they are legally permitted to offer their services and comply with all applicable laws.

 

4. User Accounts

 

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information
  • Maintaining account security
  • All activity conducted through your account

 

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

 

5. Rankings, Recommendations & Visibility

 

Service Providers may appear in search results or recommendations based on factors including, but not limited to:

  • Community recommendations
  • Network connections
  • Profile completeness
  • Platform activity
  • Subscription tier or paid features

 

Paid access may increase visibility but does not guarantee placement, ranking, engagement, or outcomes.

 

6. Messaging & User Interactions

 

The Platform allows messaging and information sharing between connected users.

  • Messages are user-generated
  • We do not monitor messages continuously
  • We are not responsible for user communications or conduct

 

Once users share information, interactions occur outside our control.

 

7. Consumer-Specific Terms

 

Consumers:

  • Use the Platform for informational purposes only
  • Are not required to hire or engage any Service Provider
  • Enter any agreements directly with Service Providers

 

We are not responsible for:

  • Quality of services
  • Pricing disputes
  • Performance, safety, or outcomes

 

8. Service Provider-Specific Terms

 

Subscriptions & Payments

  • Service Providers may be charged subscription fees and optional add-ons
  • Payments may be processed via third parties (e.g., Stripe, Apple App Store)
  • Fees are for platform access and features only
  • Fees are non-refundable, unless required by law or explicitly stated

 

Trials

  • Trials may be offered at our discretion
  • Trial terms may change or be discontinued at any time

 

Accuracy & Conduct

 

Service Providers agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current information
  • Not misrepresent credentials or services
  • Comply with applicable laws
  • Treat users respectfully

 

We reserve the right to remove providers who violate these standards.

 

9. No Verification or Endorsement

 

We do not currently verify:

  • Licenses
  • Insurance
  • Professional credentials
  • Identity (beyond basic account information)

 

We may introduce verification features in the future, but we are not obligated to do so.

 

10. User Content

 

Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for operating and improving the Platform.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid to us in the prior 12 months (or $100 if none)

 

12. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

 

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration, not in court.

  • Arbitration will be conducted in Colorado
  • You waive the right to a jury trial or class action

 

13. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

 

14. Changes to Terms

 

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of changes.
